Job Description
Automotive Service Advisors perform the following tasks:
- Help identify a Technical problem by questioning thecustomer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
- Confer with customers about inspection results, recommendcorrective procedures, and prepare work order for neededrepairs. -
- Write a brief description of the problem on the repair orderto help the mechanic locate the problem. - Explain the work performed.
- Handle customer complaints
