Job Description
A leading immigration consultancy firm is looking for an Assistant Manager.
The main job responsibilities includes:
Responsible for handling and processing of routine office work
Preparation of applications and document checking for visas.
Compiling all the necessary documents as and when required in Australian Immigration process in coordination with client.
Providing regular follow up on inquiries received by clients.
Required to directly interact with clients
Responsible to read and reply e-mails
Meet and greet clients
Provide guidance to clients
Filling forms, documentation and filing
Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company.
Job Specification
Able to follow directions of upper management, and possess strong leadership and organization skills themselves.
Confident, motivated and persistent
Fluent in English - Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using internet and conducting internet based research
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Professional personal presentation
Good telephone manners
Stress tolerance
