Job Description
Royal Tag is looking for an enthusiastic, young and target oriented individual to join our team as Asst.Manager Sales & Marketing. Previous experience in Retail industry is mandatory.
1. Do Competitor Analysis before every purchase w.r.t. Brand Activities, Pricing Strategies and present reports to management.
2. Assist top management in preparing the yearly advertising plan.
3. Suggest innovative ideas and themes for yearly catalogue development
4. Develop and Executing IMC (Advertisement) Campaigns with due approval from top management
5. Conduct survey to evaluate effectiveness of Ad Campaigns
6. Supervise the sales team & Area supervisor's by ensuring their presence and good performance
Job Specification
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or Advertisement
Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office and emailing.
Good Communication skills
