7.Maintenance of correct administrative procedures in favor of the sales process

9.Regular submission of reports demonstrating activity
10.Expressing the readiness to recruit/ introduce new member
1.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: As for education, the agent must obtain at least a BA degree or equivalent.
2.MARKET ORIENTED: Assess the development and learning solution needs and co-ordinate the development of solutions that optimally meet the short and longer term client needs.
3.COMMUNICATION SKILLS: The agent has to have good communication, listening, follow up and negotiation skills.
4.COMMITMENT: Although being an entrepreneur, the agent must be able to create his own management and administration.
5.PLANNING: The agent must be able to organize his activities via effectively planning his year first and then semester, quarter, month & finally his week.
6.CREATIVE: In cooperation with other unit members, unit head and PRT division the agent is responsible for identifying and implementing creative, innovative ideas to develop his career path as well as other unit members skills.
7.FLEXIBLE: In this respect the agent has to have a degree of adaptability towards different situation that he has to confront on micro & macro levels.
8.PROACTIVE: A very important characteristic for the agent thus being opportunity, improvement and solution driven person.
9.TEAM PLAYER: The agent must strongly believe in team playing which is the opposite of solo playing. Team playing results in synergy which leads to higher expectations and results.
10.SELF DISCIPLINE: The agent must respect marketing deadlines, take appropriate corrective action on variances to project timelines.
11.VISION: Finally, the agent must have a clear vision regarding where he WAS, IS and where he WILL be or wants to see himself in the future
