Job Description
MUST have their OWN BIKE/CAR***
Determine suitability of clients for Immigration via their CV/Resumes.
Oversee the completion of all relevant immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
Ensure that all information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Stay in touch with latest Immigration Policies and Procedures.
Answering telephone, dealing with straightforward queries, taking detailed messages and forwarding to team.
Preparation of standard application forms
Photocopying correspondence and documents
General filing of client documents and file retrieval
Drafting of visa applications and supporting documentation
Other Outdoor work as and when necessary.
Job Specification
Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Ability to work within a team
Good communication skills verbal and written
Initiative and self motivated
Proficient in Excel Word, PowerPoint
Strong command of English language
Some client service experience is desirable
