Job Description
Close coordination with the team. Arrange Sales visit schedule. Note down inquiries and forward to concern Sales Excutive/Area Sales Manager /Manager Sales. Preparation of Quotations and client's follow-ups.
To keep payment follow ups with the clients.
Sending mail shots.
Sales Reports & Maintaining Sales Reports files
Newspaper Photo Copy& All Invoice for the Month
Maintaining Clientele List.
To perform team coordination.
Filling of documents Database updating.
Reporting to Area Sales Manager and Manager Sales.
Should have good oral and written communication skills.
Should have strong working knowledge of Ms.Office.
Job Specification
Should have good oral and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
Should have strong working knowledge of Ms.Office.Able to manage regular daily Accounts.
