Job Description
The role involves:
- production of technical drawing packages
- assisting in the preparation of materials for presentations, including hand sketches and visualizations
- undertaking site surveys, space planning,
- liaising with the team and also with clients
Job Specification
Skills required:
- fluent and highly proficient Autocad and Google Sketchup, with good hand drawing and visualisation skills and with solid experience in understanding processes and materials
- minimum of four years technical drawing experience in commercial interior design projects, with significant experience in bar and club projects and a comprehensive knowledge of design and construction techniques
- excellent design and spatial planning skills, with in-depth knowledge of design detailing and specifications and a good eye for composition, materials and colour
proven time management skills and highly organised working methods. Able to work to constantly challenging deadlines
- 3D modelling proficiency
- ability to work extra hours when required.
- Rendering Quality (Photo-Realistic), V-Ray or Mental Ray, or any other render platform.
