Job Description
- Troubleshooting techniques, Hardware assembling, and installation, Network Cabling
- Troubleshooting Techniques Fax Machine , Photocopier , Scanner and Network Printer
- Basic Troubleshooting Techniques AVAYA PABX Exchange and IP Phone
- Provide on-site and telephone support to the customers
- Troubleshooting Technique Power Ware UPS LAN Safe software installation & monitoring
- Desktop Support for Software
- Hardware troubleshooting & installations
- Resolve/Troubleshoot workstation/IP device connectivity issues
- Printer sharing & all network peripherals connectivity & configurations
- Maintenance of the IT equipment including the hardware present on premises
- Maintain records with respect to hardware receipts and/or movements
Job Specification
- Background in Computer systems/Information Technology.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience.
- Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional service orientation.
- Ability to work across different time zones.
- Fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages would be advantageous.
- Flexible to travel, if required.
