Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who speaks fluent English. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and have a 'go-getter' attitude. The CSR will be in constant communication with other department heads in Canada. The candidate must be outgoing, organized, ambitious and must possess stamina.
The job requires managing Calls and provide support to our Customers and also co-ordinate the outside people of Company. MUST have a flexible schedule.
Job Specification
Respond to inquiries from customers making sure any problems they are experiencing are resolved.
Manage the time schedule of our Technician/Advisor.
Complete/Resolve the problems before the next shift.
