Job Description
Responsible for the receiving and dialing of calls and maintain records.
Manage and record all incoming and outgoing posts.
Guide to all visitors and direct to appropriate personnel.
Manage in & out of store stock.
Prepare Good Receipt Note, Gate outward Pass, Despatch Note and Store Issue Note.
Manage in & out of stationery stock.
Assist for the data feeding of volunteers.
Responsible for the in time opening and closing of the office.
Supervise general cleaning and daily maintenance.
Monitoring of kitchen stock and ensure waste of supplies at the minimum.
Monitoring of CCTV and report of any abnormality and misconduct.
Responsible for the management of attendance register.
Maintain a general repair register and report it to admin.
Responsible for the news paper's management and keep their record update.
Responsible for the coordinate with the exchange and photocopier representatives.
Maintain record of courier services.
Must know Urdu typing.
