Job Description: Ticketing Officer (2 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Issuing airline tickets and managing reservations
- Handling customers inquiries and complaints
- Coordinating with travel agencies and airlines for booking confirmations
- Keeping up-to-date with airline schedules, fare tariffs, and rules and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings and transactions

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer systems and ticketing software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of travel industry regulations and procedures
