Depending on your English communication skills, your will be hired at 13000 - 20,000 pk per month. Excellent English is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to international customers.
- Filling online applications of customers
- Appointment Fixing
- Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
- Fulfilling daily targets given by company .
- No Selling of products Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
- Meets commitments to customers Other duties as assigned.
- Shift Timings: 7 am to 2 pm
