1. Manage all kinds of activities related to laboratory e.g. material testing etc.
2. Keep the lab instruments in perfect working order
3. Operate the vacuum furnace and keep it in working condition
4. Check the hardness of each lot after heat treatment
5. Comprehensively describe the technical issues regarding the materials, processes etc. to top management
6. Solve any relevant or irrelevant technical matters within the company premises
7. Implement conduct and maintain the calibration record with the consultation of Q.A department.
8. Handle the customer complaints and technical inquiry from foreign buyers
9. Technically Monitor any in processes projects in house or outside the factory premises
10. Communicate the technical issues to the top management effectively.

B.Sc Engineering
Computer Literacy: Sufficient knowledge about operating the basic software e.g. MS Office Internet & E-mail. Language proficiency: Good command on English reading, writing, speaking and listening. ASTM Standards: Awareness of ASTM standards regarding hardness, material testing, electro polishing, passivation & heat treatment etc. Lab Analyst: Must be capable to handle all kinds of activities related to lab. Complaints & Technical Inquiry: Answer to complaints or technical inquiry from buyers
