Instant Soft Technologies will pay 10% commission to sales persons and extra 5% for expenses like travel etc. No Basic pay. Person achieving target of 10 clients in 2 months will get a Bonus of 20,000/- each time and a permanent job as sales officer in Instant Soft Technologies.

Instant Soft Technologies is launching its products, Instant Point of Sale System (POS) and Instant Business Management System (iBMS). Products are already deployed in several Businesses. Instant Soft Technologies requires more sales person all over the Pakistan to sell its products to each city of Pakistan.

Sales persons will responsible to visit potential market places as per the instructions of Company, will present product, describe its functionality, features, benefits and take order from client. Instant Soft Technologies will sign agreement with client and our deployment team will train users and install complete software to their Computers. Sales person will be middle person between client and company.

Sales person must have following skills - Good Communication Skills

- Good Convincing Power
- Should know about IT and Software
- Have ability to learn software
- Have presentation skills
