Job Description
Deployed staff will gather user’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. They will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving Patch Management, Antivirus Installation, Driver Installation, Driver updates, Internet Explorer Configuration, Acrobat Reader Installation,WinZip Installation, Windows Troubleshooting, Internet Access, internet connectivity, email clients, Maintenance and troubleshooting of deployed equipment (desktops, laptops, , printers, scanners, keyboard, mouse, NIC and, UPS), Installation and configuration of deployed equipment, Monitoring of deployed equipment health through the following steps: ·
- Equipment Health Survey
- Problem Identification
- Proposed Solution followed by its Implementation
- Problem identification
- Proposed solution
- Solution implementation
- LAN ports (Patch panels, face plates & connectors)
- Network Sharing
- Node Troubleshooting
Job Specification
- Graduate in IT Discipline from recognized university
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
