Job Description
We're a Multinational Web Design Agency looking for full time and part time freelance web designers who can design and code responsive web designs. Seeking genuinely talented and creative web designers who'll be supposed to work 4 to 8 hours daily from their homes. Timings will be flexible, you'll be given the option to decide your work timings yourself and give us your schedule. Selected designers will be hired permanently, starting with a 2-years contract.

Part time freelance designers will work for 4 hours daily and will be paid Rs. 25000 to 35000 depending on their skills. While full time freelance designers will work for 8 hours daily from their home and will be paid Rs. 35000 to 50000. Timings will be flexible.

Additional desirable skills (although not required) would include:
We need outstanding HTML5 Responsive Web Designer, who can think out of the box. Exceptional Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Html / CSS skills are required. If you have done work for themeforest, that will be a plus point.
Qualifications:
Note: We're looking for an individual freelancer, not a company. Please don't contact us if you're a web design company. Also, we're looking for someone who primarily has excellent design skills. We will consider only those applicants who will send us quality HTML5 responsive live Websites Links, we don't need your portfolio in the form of images.

- CMS Integration
We need outstanding HTML5 Responsive Web Designer, who can think out of the box. Exceptional Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Html / CSS skills are required. If you have done work for themeforest, that will be a plus point.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe CS tools.
- Minimum 3 years of interactive design/development experience for web and mobile
- Extensive experience with front end web development (HTML5/CSS3/JS, etc), including responsive design & development techniques
- Candidates must demonstrate fluency in technologies related to online creative presentations and must be able to own a design from concept to final output in optimized HTML5/CSS3/JS
- Must provide an online portfolio of projects including project deliverables and finished products
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to convert business objectives into wireframes prior to creative design
