• Recording of all customer complaints relating to product quality and service quality received from the customers.
• Task assigning to the concerned department & follow up for its completion and timely closure
• Review and evaluate the corrective & preventive action taken by investigating department
• Compliance of company procedures in customer complaint handling.
• Market visit for complaints verification and for the investigation of possible root cause.
• To prepare and update log of customer complaints with graphical analysis management review.
• Take part in the appointment of new distributor appointment to evaluate applicant eligibility as per company requirement and business needs.
• Perform exit interview of distributors resigned or terminated with an objective to enhance the goodwill of the company and for betterment of company internal control system.
