Job Description
1: INTERNAL AUDIT OPERATIONS:
Assist in the following areas at execution level;
- Internal Control Assurance
- Risk Management Assurance
- Transactions verification
- Testing of Internal Controls
- Setting of Audit Recommendations
- Compliance Auditing with approved company procedures
2: SERVICE QUALITY ASSURANCE (SQA) OPERATIONS:
- Recording of all customer complaints relating to product quality and service quality received from the customers.
- Task assigning to the concerned department & follow up for its completion and timely closure
- Review and evaluate the corrective & preventive action taken by investigating department
- Compliance of company procedures in customer complaint handling.
- Market visit for complaints verification and for the investigation of possible root cause.
- To prepare and update log of customer complaints with graphical analysis management review.
- Take part in the appointment of new distributor appointment to evaluate applicant eligibility as per company requirement and business needs.
- Perform exit interview of distributors resigned or terminated with an objective to enhance the goodwill of the company and for betterment of company internal control system.
4: Any other task assigned by the seniors.

Internal Audit & Service Quality Assurance functional knowledge and experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & ExcelPreferably posses working experience in an SAP environmentPositive mindset to contribute for the growth of the organization in a challenging working environment
