We at MESI Group are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and developing mechanical systems and components.

Office Timings: 09.00 am till 6.00 pm

Office Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical systems, components, and products related to elevators. Create detailed engineering drawings, models, and prototypes using CAD software.
2. Conduct thorough analysis, simulations, and tests to ensure the performance, safety, and reliability of mechanical systems. Evaluate designs for adherence to applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
3. Identify opportunities for product and process improvement, and implement design modifications to enhance functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Manage projects from conception to completion, adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
5. Select appropriate materials for specific applications based on their properties and performance requirements.
6. Providing technical and product support, helping customers with product setup, and recording all customer complaints, comments, and requests.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and intellectual property.
8. Ensure that designs meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
9. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and specifications, to support manufacturing and maintenance processes.
10. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address production-related challenges, provide design guidance, and assist in process optimization.
11. Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, providing technical expertise and communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

1. Proven 4-5 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and project management.
2. Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and other relevant engineering software tools.
3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find solutions to technical challenges.
4. Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements and priorities.
5. Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
