Job Description
Airbridge Travel, a UK based company is looking for experienced, customer oriented candidates at our Islamabad office who will be collaborating directly with UK based clients over the phone.Candidates will be involved in the following on job duties;
- communicate with clients to determine destinantion, mode of trasnportation, travel dates, financial conisderations and accomodation requirements
- provide clients with publication containing travel information
- plan itineraries
- arrange accommodation
- compute cost of travel and accommodation
- book domestic and international travel reservations for airline, hotel accommodation and car hire
- collecting payments for transportation and accommodation
- integrate with collegues in a frienlt manner
- report management in case of customer complaints and issues
- corresponding with clients via email after telephonic conversation, managing follow ups and encouraging feed backs
Job Specification
Candidates should possess following skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Customer focused, with customer satisfaction on first priority
- Must have proven selling, self marketing skills and ability to close the deals
- Attentive to detail, confident, working under deadlines, target driven with high
levels of positivism and can do attitude
- Ability to multi-task and working independently
- Experience in Sabre and World span is an asset but not necessary
- On job training will be provided
