Quarterly run the process of reporting structures review in close liaison with all department heads and ensure that it is updated according to respective organizations’ needs.
Document revisions in Job Descriptions, Key Results Area (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all positions in the structure as per requirement.
Timely develop JDs and KPIs for all new positions in structure.
Assist in Manpower Planning on quarterly basis by providing relevant data to Head HR & OD.
Report manpower addition to Head HR & OD along with job analysis and rationale.
Perform recruitment activities only for planned and budgeted positions in organogram.
Provide required manpower on time in assigned departments.
Do selection interviews for all positions.
Assist in execution of annual “Management Trainee Officer” (MTO) Program as per policy and procedure.
Responsible to execute Performance Management System based on JDs, Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators in the assigned departments.
Fully comply with performance management policy and procedure and execute in full spirit in assigned departments.
Take timely actions if performance management system seems to be neglected in any departments due to any reason.
