Job Description
- Regular bookkeeping and account reconciliation of payables, receivables and banks.
- Maintenance of up to date bank statements and cash register with diligent follow up.
- Payroll generation including social security, EOBI and provident fund details.
- Reporting of monthly government taxes.
- Preparation of periodic accounts and annual audit. Hands-on computer experience in MS-Excel and MS-Word.
- Disciplined, self-starting, organized with adept interpersonal skills and sound written & spoken communication.

- Monthly sales record including city wise data management.
- Receivables, payables and bank statements reconciliation.
- Contact and communication point for parties including follow-up.

- Tax data with e-filing including: Sales tax, Withholding sales tax and Withholding income tax.
- Journal voucher entries.
- Petty cash management.
