Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the company's transportation and logistics operations.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
3. Monitor and analyze transportation metrics and make improvements as necessary.
4. Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
5. Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
6. Manage and optimize fleet utilization, including maintenance, fuel efficiency, and route planning.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
