AirBridge Travel, a UK based organization, is one of the leading Pan-European companies specializing in worldwide travel. We currently seek professional Customer Sevice Reapresentatives/Quality assurance who will be corresponding directly with the clients from UK via telephone.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for the candidates who are self-driven, motivated and willing to take on the challenges with a can-do attitude.Candidates will be required to be indulged in the following activities;
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls/complaints in a professional manner with the customers based in UK
- Understanding customer's needs and providing solution in an effective and efficient way
- Corresponding with the customers via email after the telephonic convesrations and encouraging feedbacks and follow ups
- Providing feedback to senior management nd keeping all the record up to date
- Managing time in a disciplinary way and keeping up with the company's targets
- Maintaing Quality serivice standards up to the mark in accordance with set protocols
- Monitoring staff performance in terms of quality service and highlighting the shortcomings
Job Specification
Candidates are required to possess the following traits;
-Customer centric behavior with the high level of focus on customer satisfaction
-Should possess excellent communication skills in English language with a British or a clear moderate accent
-Professionalism, positive approach and be able to work under certain deadlines with target oriented mindset
-Ability to integrate with the team members and work along in a friendly manner
-Discipline, punctuality, effective management and positive attitude should reflect in the personality
Experience not required, however incumbents with relevant prior experience in call centers or similar industry will be preferred
