Job Description:
As an Evening Call Center Representative for our UK Campaign, you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless travel booking process, providing exceptional customer service and promoting customer satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their career in the consumer services industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls from customers in an efficient and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages according to their preferences.
3. Provide accurate information about travel destinations, prices, and availability.
4. Resolve customer complaints or concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
5. Upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, to enhance customer experience.
6. Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and efficiently processed in the system.
7. Follow up with customers regarding any changes or updates to their travel itinerary.
8. Keep updated with industry trends and travel regulations to provide the most relevant information to customers.
9. Meet or exceed personal and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales.

Job Specification

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
