The Details:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department and help us grow our teams. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a list of qualified candidates for various marketing roles, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring we attract the best professionals. You will build a strong full cycle recruiting pipeline. This is a completely remote position, working hours will be in the United States time zone.

Experience working in a remote capacity
2-3 years of recruiting experience preferred
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
Familiar with job boards, social media platforms, and advanced recruitment tools.
Create and post job listings on various internet sites and the internal website.
Assist in recruiting for different positions, including sourcing, pre-screening, conducting interviews, and referring qualified candidates to associates for further steps in the recruitment process.
Maintaining updated recruiting databases and candidate files.
