Managing and organizing documents, records, and files
• Preparing and distributing reports, letters, and other documents
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with different departments
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Associates degree or higher
• Familiarity with the oil and energy industry is a plus
