  Swifttortoise is Fairfield, CT, USA based think tank developing unique ideas from conception to delivery. We are establishing our Lahore office to support our ever increasing development efforts. Please note we are not a outsourcing software house, we work only on our projects. The Lahore office is seeking talented PHP web developers for contract work that may lead to full time employment. The ideal candidates will not just technically talented, but also:

• Candidate must be a ingenious PHP5 developer, familiar with the latest features in PHP 5.2.X and 5.3.X. In addition:1. Should have hand on experience in developing CMS / E-Commerce applications (preferable with open source tools)2. Should have hand on experience in working with Object Oriented Programming3. Actual Hand on Experience in working with J query, Ajax4. Strong knowledge of HTML + CSS5. Experience with wordpress, joomla, opencart, magento is a serious plus. We are looking for at least 4 years experience as a developer so please don't apply if you don't have required experience for this position. This is a contract position fixed fee per project. You may work your own hours, but must adhere to milestone based deadlines. You must come in at set times as mutually agreed. Handsome pay - in accordance to your experience and ability. • Expertise in PHP Core/Framework Coding
• Development with proven experience in developing scalable, reliable and robust products.
• Solid knowledge and Proficiency in PHP programming based on OOPS approach.
• Experience of designing multiple table database queries on RDBMS like MySQL etc.Javascript.
• Must have experience JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery
• Ability to communicate in English language (written and verbal)
• Development of E-Commerce and CMS websites using osCommerce OpenCart, Magento, WordPress & Joomla etc.
• Development of Plugins / Extensions / Modules.
• Designing of frontend theme for websites using HTML / CSS / jQuery.
