. Responsible for the management of attendance register.
. Manage and operate payroll module of SAP.
· Ensure the policy compliance of Human Resource and proposed any change as per sector practices.
· Lead the process of hiring and shortlisting of required vacancy.
· Ensure timely submission of JPDs and work plan of all staff.Other tasks as assigned.
Job Specification
· Call management and record keeping.
· Manage all incoming and outgoing couriers.
· Guest relations.
· Store management including submission of monthly stock report, gate pass reports, PRC merchandize dispatch report, donation boxes stock in out etc.
· Responsible for the in time opening and supervised closing of the office from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
· Supervise and ensure general office cleaning.
·Manage and maintain general supplies.
· Monitoring of CCTV and report of any abnormality and misconduct.
·Other tasks as assigned.
· Ensure submission of daily calls (in & out) and visitor reports.
· Ensure healthy amicable environment of office.
·Maintain best shortlisted CVs all time for any vacancy.
·Hiring of staff in minimum possible time.
· Timely submission of store reports.
