Job Description
GE Solucions is looking for an HR Internee to join the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
Documentation checklists of existing new employees
Captions & and content for Social Media posting
HRM Attendance Leaves Approvals on HCM
Job Postings on different job portals
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
Assisting in the planning of company events.
Sorting of CVs in specified folders
Daily Mail follow-ups
Updating social & and event calendar sheet
Reminders of tasks and events on Google Calendar
Interview Invitation mails
Day-to-day tasks
Seeking information for Job Fairs
Job Types:
Internship (paid)
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Timing: 12 pm to 9 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month

BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar HR role is a plus
