VinAudit.com Inc. is seeking a talented software professional to help us figure out how to turn large amounts of data into large amounts of money! You will join a small team of 40+ individuals working remotely and globally – including the Philippines, Pakistan, the United States, and Canada. We specialize in vehicle data, and since 2011, we have aggregated billions of vehicle-related records, helped millions of consumers evaluate a car purchase, and served thousands of automotive businesses with access to our unique datasets. Core Hours & Benefits:

• Location: Philippines or Pakistan
• Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Seattle Time
• Base Pay: $2,000 USD/month

This role involves:

• Lead and manage WordPress development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet the unique requirements
• Optimize website performance, security, and user experience, including page speed and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WordPress and associated technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development, WordPress, and digital marketing to propose innovative solutions
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices and improve website visibility and performance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are maintained
• Implement responsive website designs and user interfaces.

Required experience:

1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio
2. In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles
3. Proficiency with popular WordPress development tools, themes, and plugins
4. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
7. Leadership and project management skills are a plus
8. High-level verbal and written communication collaboration skills.
9. Consistently + independently productive with minimum supervision
10. Passionate about self development and continuous improvement

Resource Requirement:

• Stable internet connection (with a potential backup connection available)
• Available during US business hours
• Available 100% exclusively (no other commitments)
