Typing official letters, applications, and other clerical jobs as assigned. Handsome salary will be allocated depending on interview.
Produce or edit various documents, such as reports, correspondence and presentations. Receives or gathers data to create documents from scratch or from existing materials. For example, you might retype handwritten documents, rewrite drafts or transcribe voice recordings. You may have to print, copy and prep your work for physical handout or faxing, or send your work to others in an electronic format as directed by your manager(s). Additional assistance duties might be assigned to prepare company documents.
Job Specification
Fast typing speed,
Hands on experience with word processing tools such as Ms Office (word / excel / power point).
Comfortable taking notes in shorthand.
When processing and handling documents, you must approach your work in an organized and detail-oriented fashion to prevent missed deadlines and spelling, grammar, punctuation, content and document formatting errors. A typing typing clerk must also have the ability to work well with others and communicate clearly, as you often must clarify information with co-workers and people outside the office.
