1. Website Work with OPPO HQ to build and operate the local website. Check the websites contents, product specifications and report to OPPO HQ. Launch new product website with co-operating with HQ 2. Forum Develop and identify best practices to achieve growth. Provide day-to-day management and oversight of forum. Keep creating great contents in the forum and driving the members to generate great contents. Build a culture of quality contents. Plan and organize forum activities. Launch and follow the activities requested by OPPO HQ. Promote the forum to increase traffic. Establish an open and kind discussion atmosphere in the forum. Maintain active members. Conduct web analytics, report metrics and insights regularly to OPPO HQ. 3. Social Media Develop and identify best practices across social media channels to achieve growth Plan promotions both on OPPO’s social media channels and with other media Provide day-to-day management and oversight of social media channels Proactively interact with OPPO’s online communities across all major platforms Report metrics and insights regularly to the headquarters of OPPO Develop newsletter, contest and other online promotional strategies to achieve audience growth Localize and post content on social media provided by OPPO HQ 4. Online Campaign Work with OPPO headquarter to design global campaigns; Launch and follow the campaign in local markets that OPPO headquarter requests; Output the report of the campaign to OPPO headquarter; Organise local online campaigns according to the local culture and customers’ habits. 5. Media Relations Build up good relationship with IT, Fashion, Photograhpy bloggers; Manage bloggers regarding on new product reviews, online campaign and PR. Write new product reviews or guidelines if necessary. 6. Other Works Have to translate English materials into Urdu materials (Reviews, PR articles, etc) Have to have PhotoShop skills if you have to compose social media posts, if do not know how to use PhotoShop, then have to work with designer.
Education: Bachelor degree or above in media, business, marketing, journalism related subjects.
Language: Native speaker, fluency in Mandarin or English is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years practical experience in digital marketing field.
Communication: Good communication skills in the cross-cultural and cross-departmental co-ordination context.
Personality: Good team-player; Driven, self-motivated and analytic in the role of media management. Knowledge: Solid knowledge about smartphone components and android information, great interests on smartphone industry.
Skills: Very good skills of writing English and Urdu, knowing how to use Photoshop is a huge plus.
