Responsibilities:

1. Bid Management
   • Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements on Upwork.
   • Effectively communicate our value proposition and showcase our capabilities.
   • Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from initial client interaction to project closure.
2. Market Research
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and market demands to identify potential opportunities.
   • Analyze competitor strategies and pricing to enhance our competitive advantage.
3. Client Relationship Building
   • Nurture and maintain client relationships through effective communication and timely responses.
   • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and realistic project estimations.
4. Collaboration
   • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for proposals and project requirements.
   • Work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from bidding to project initiation.
5. Documentation
   • Prepare and maintain documentation related to proposals, contracts, and client communications.
   • Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in Upwork and internal systems.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder on platforms like Upwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Ability to comprehend client requirements and translate them into effective proposals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Familiarity with Upwork policies and best practices.
