Responsible for new business development of ICM product and services to local & international Clients with marketing team. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. Make sure to provide submit proposals on time and follow customers until close deal.
Major Responsibilities·
Business Planning - Develop Business Plans
- Be a leader, owner and visionary of the ethics & compliance and business skills training products & platform and drive the product roadmap, product marketing and sales plans
- Responsible for revenue growth through three sales channels such as B2B and B2C (Ecommerce). ·
Team Management- Manage a team of Marketing professionals
- Daily basis follow up with all internal teams
- Coordination of day-to-day social media activities, creating content to support daily posts and responding to consumer inquiries on all social media networks
- Interface with Ecommerce, B2B sales & marketing teams on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and help develop/update value proposition, sales tools , collateral, sales training, demo decks, marketing plan and product roadmap
- Define marketing and sales targets for each team member
- Make sure that all team members achieve their targets timly. ·
Tracking & Maintaining Daily Marketing activities- Discovering and exploring opportunities
- Manage Day to day communication with clients.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities ·
Proposals and Leads Closing- Manage Day to day communication with clients.
- IT, Software Proposal Writing and Submission to Client
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Make key delivery decisions, such as pricing and packaging, based on product line performance metrics to meet revenue and profitability goals
Partners Channel Management- Find Local and International Business Partners
Management Reporting- Make sure to provide management reports including daily marketing activity report, leads and pipelines
