Job Description

Katib is looking to hire a Brand Associate. The shortlisted candidate will be responsible for developing branding strategies, marketing campaigns and manage the creative direction of multiple consumer and B2B brands under the Tick Industries umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction: Develop and oversee the creative vision for all visual content, including

advertising campaigns, marketing materials, website design, and multimedia projects. Ensure that the visual style is aligned with the brand identity and appeals to the target audience.

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives, brand voice, and target audience. Includes creating wide range of marketing content, including social media content, email marketing campaigns, website content, and more.

Marketing Calendar: Develop and maintain a marketing calendar, planning and scheduling specific ATL, BTL and TTL activities to align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.

Conceptualization: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for visual campaigns. Ensure that said concepts are executed into creative assets and that they effectively communicate the desired message.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, SEO associates and sales & product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

Market Research: Conduct audience research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the target audiences. Use insights to create more relevant and appealing marketing campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive visual strategies.

Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, timelines, and deadlines to meet project goals and objectives.

Job Specification

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields

At least 2-3 years of experience in a core brand building capacity

Past experience with an advertising agency in the creative department is a plus.

Strong creative and conceptual vision.

Firm grip on digital content/creative creation.

Strong research, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Can work on multi-tasking effectively under pressure.
