Bit & Byte Lab is a dynamic and innovative tech company based in Gujranwala. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Social Media Optimization Specialist to join our in-house team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage social media content, including graphics, captions, and videos.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant tools.

Requirements:

• Intermediate level of experience in social media optimization.
• Strong understanding of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and basic video editing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
