Job Responsibilities:
Source and analyze candidate data from various job portals to match client requirements.
Identify job vacancies across the UK, approach managers for sales, and become their preferred supplier.
Reach out to potential candidates through multiple communication channels to convey job details.
Utilize networking, business development, and marketing techniques to confirm vacancies and sales.
Coordinate interview schedules, and create detailed information sheets using Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
Job Specification
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. (Compulsory)
Able to meet the targets.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for accurate record-keeping.
Previous experience of at least 6 months in a call center or customer service role is required.
