Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager (Night Shift) located in Lahore. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing HR projects, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
Experience in employee relations, recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance
Experience managing HR projects and coordinating with other departments
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations
Experience working in a call center or BPO industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Working days : Monday - Friday
