Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist client for purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Provide expert advice on property features, financing options, and market trends.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
