Telesales Representative
Translead (Smc-Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Lahore. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls, closing sales deals, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer support. The Telesales Representative will also be responsible for providing training and support to new hires.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, and customer support skills
• Proven experience in sales and hitting sales targets
• Experience in training and mentoring new hires
• Able to navigate and use popular CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work well under pressure and meet demanding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• An understanding of the company's products and services is a plus

1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
5. Excellent knowledge of English
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
