Job Description
- Own, implement and achieve operating plan in accordance with the business plan and strategy
- Develop Company’s business by introducing new plans and packages
- Attract, develop and retain necessary technical resources to support and grow field operations

Job Specification
- BSc in Civil Engineering preferably from top local engineering universities/schools
- Minimum 5-7 years’ professional experience in construction industry and allied trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint and HVAC)
- Male, 35-40 years of age, preferably from Lahore
- Self-driven and result oriented with strong planning, business development and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team, set high performance standards, provide constructive feedback, to achieve continually increasing performance levels and customer satisfaction
