Keep in mind that this is a home based position so the candidate must have a self-motivated work ethic. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of fluency in the English language and possess a proven track record in effectively managing customer inquiries and achieving targets
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative will encompass:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses in the United States to present our services.
- Introduce and explain our services to prospects.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments with interested and qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in a Google spreadsheet.
Requirements:
- At least 6-8 months of experience in cold calling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and articulate phone presence.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
- Stable Internet connection
- Candidate should have their own WFH equipment, noise-canceling headphones, and a laptop/PC System
