Project Associate / Senior Social Mobilizer

· Participate to conduct the baseline & End line surveys or other required surveys.
· Formation or Reformation the CSOs, in targeted area
· Train local community and CSOs on urban WASH interventions and smoothly implementation of activities.
· To facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led urban sanitation activities
· Sensitization of community group on ownership of WASH infrastructure and ensure to carry on Operation and maintenance trainings.
· Collect data from Community and prepare regular reports on activities and WASH conditions for monitoring.
· Develop trust, tolerance and cooperation among the community members through mobilizations process.
· Submission of monthly, quarterly and annually reports of respective assignments.
· Establish good working relationship with the staff and other departments.
· Other duties as per assigned for the best concerned of the organization.

Communication & Report Writing. Flexible in traveling. Computer Skills. Social Mobilization motivation to the community. Expertise on Mohalla WASH community.
