Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our Solar Campaign, you will be the frontline of our effort to empower customers through solar energy solutions. Your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on the benefits and functionalities of solar energy systems. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to promote sustainable energy solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing information and assistance on solar products, services, and promotions.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to solar system installations, performance, billing, and service disruptions.

Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, how solar systems work, and the installation process.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry to post-installation support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer service processes and product improvements.

Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the solar energy sector to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Assist in creating and updating FAQs and other customer support materials.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to solar products and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or renewable energy fields is a plus.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, particularly in the solar energy or related renewable energy sector.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

An understanding of solar energy products and the renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
