Job Description
We are a startup company and looking for someone to head our IT functions. Interested candidates should forward their now. The Ideal candidate should be some who can:
- Prepare strategic and operational plans for the Information Communications Technology (ICT) function to ensure that all necessary ICT tools, processes and systems are in place to meet the current and future requirements of the business
- Ensure development and installation of information communication technology systems and hardware through close coordination with vendors
- Ensure smooth function of all ICT systems - website, call enter, field service software, accounting system, anti-virus software, print services and email provision, etc. to support the organization’s day to day business operations
- Develop and manage ICT security strategy and disaster recovery plans to minimise the risk of data loss and breach of business information - data protection from internal and external attacks, network access, backup systems, etc.
- Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Plan, design, develop and implement the budget (and obtain competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness)
- Monitor random internal and external checks to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance especially for receiving calls and emails from customers i.e. requests/ orders, and timely dispatch thereof, etc.
- Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level

Requirements:
IT graduate with 2-3 year experience will be a plus, Technical and organizational skills, Leadership and team building, Hardworking and self-driven, Problem solver and multi-tasking skills, Sound ethics and manners
