Job Description
1. To contribute to the development and delivery of an excellent income recovery service.
2. Undertake all aspects of income recovery, court case work presentation and debt recovery case work, including eviction where alternative solutions cannot be found, in accordance with current procedures.
3. To ensure that services are delivered in accordance with annually agreed performance targets.
4. To liaise and maintain good working relationships with all relevant external agencies to ensure residents experiencing difficulties are referred appropriately for support. 9. Provide appropriate advice and support on all aspects of payment, including advice for Housing benefit/Universal Credit.
