Join our IT Tech Support Call Center team in Karachi! We are a leading Accounting firm seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or chat
-Resolve hardware and software issues for clients remotely
-Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems
-Document all technical support interactions and resolutions
-2+ years of experience in a Helpdesk Technician role
-Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
-Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
