Job Description
1) To attend to the walk-in customers and perform login & acknowledgement of the customers complaints
2) Ensure the customer complaints are resolved to highest satisfaction
3) Coordinate with customer and repair center for effective and efficient service delivery
4) Ensure to collect customer feedback for measurement and continual improvement
5) To provide assistance to the sales force at the location in the form of customers handling, demonstrating products and features & directing service customers to prospective sales
6) To report dailing cash collection from service & sales operation at the customer care centers and organise for deposits
