Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic female candidates with good English communication skills to join our team as Customer Service Representative (CSR) Female Preferred.

This opportunity is specifically for female candidates, and the role involves working in the night shift. We offer an attractive salary package for the right candidates who possess excellent English communication skills.

Position Details:

Shift Timings: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM - Monday to Friday – Full Time

Salary: Depending on Experience (Basic Plus Commission)

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.

Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.

Follow the time table and work hours.

Qualifications:

Intermediate or equivalent education; additional customer service training is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on communication skills.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to night shifts.

Proficient in customer service software and tools.
