Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Be at the forefront of our growth strategy by engaging in proactive outreach. You'll be making approximately 70 cold calls and emails daily to realtors, building relationships, and expanding our network.
- Social Media Savvy: Update and manage our social media platforms, ensuring our brand's voice is consistent, engaging, and informative. Your creativity will drive our online presence, connecting with our audience and keeping them informed.
- Content Creation: Lead the charge in content creation by producing compelling talking head videos and pioneering our podcast initiative. Your storytelling skills will bring our mission to life, engaging potential clients and stakeholders.
- Digital Advertising: Design and run digital ad campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise will optimize our reach and impact, driving leads and conversions with strategic targeting and compelling messaging.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing and business development. We value creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
- Social Media Proficiency: Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital technology, including AI applications in real estate, and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Team Player: While you'll be leading initiatives independently, collaboration with our team is key to our collective success.
